Driving Collaboration & Equity in STEM Education
The STEM Transfer Partnership is an initiative by the University of Washington, in partnership with the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (WA-SBCTC) to support low-income STEM students transitioning from 2-year to 4-year institutions. My role, as part of the Student Mentor team, focuses on driving collaboration, designing onboarding programs, and facilitating workshops & community of practice (CoP) meetings that create equitable and impactful outcomes for students, faculty, and staff.
